Services Offered:

  • Full Professional Service:
  • This includes assessing the best visa options, strategic advice on how to proceed, application assistance, preparation of forms, gathering documentary and other evidence to support the application, preparation of submissions, representions and any follow up required to the Department of Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs.

  • Partial Application Assistance:
  • Making sure the Department or Tribunal is fully aware of all the aspects of your case is extremely important. Accordingly, Partial Assistance such as Preparation or Checking Forms, Preparation of Submissions, or Representions as may be required to meet your specific requirements. A Flat Fee or hourly rate of between $150 and $275 per hour, id available depending on requirements. All fees include GST (Goods & Services Tax).

  • DIY, (Do it Yourself) materials and forms:
  • Prices vary between $150 to $250 depending on the visa type. Note - Does not include advice!

  • Initial Assessment/Second Opinions:
  • Initial Visa Assessment or Second Opinions for visa applicants to insure the correct/best options or verify pervious advice given to them by the Department or by an agent or lawyer is correct. Although the Initial Assessment is part of the full service, these can be done at a stand alone.

  • Checking forms, Preparing forms and declarations:
  • Checking of previously completed forms or preparing fresh forms or preparation of statutory declarations. Although the Initial Assessment is part of the full service, these can be done at a stand alone.

  • Attendance Tribunals and Departmental Interviews:
  • Assistance and support for interviews or hearings wirh the Department or Tribunals such as the Migration Review Tribunal, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and the Refugee Review Tribunal. Although the Initial Assessment is part of the full service, these can be done at a stand alone.

  • Preparing submissions:
  • Making sure the Department or the Tribunal is fully aware of all of the aspects of your case is extremely important.

  • Hours of Operation:
  • By Appointment only
  • Monday: 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Tuesday: 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Wednesday: 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Thursday: 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Friday: 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Above time are included in overall fees
  • Appointments can be arranged outside the above hours, but are subject to a Sur Charge above the normal fee
